Shipping Policy – JAZCO MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION
JAZCO (“we” and “us”) is the operator of www.jazco.co. By placing an order through this Website, you are agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
- General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time stock discrepancy may exist and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
- Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
Jazco.co is not prepared to accept returns due to change of mind. See our return and refund policy for further information.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Jazco.co is prepared to honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 3 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect jazco.co to process your warranty claim within 2 DAYS.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) A refund in store credit
(c) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
- Delivery Terms
- Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 3 business days.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are unable to change the address after the order has been placed and the shipment dispatched.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
- Parcels Damaged in Transit
In the event you receive a parcel that is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions for Returns
In order for Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were received in the last two (2) days;
- The Goods are in the original packaging, unused and in good condition.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry has passed.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
